The Stats are in!
The October 2023 stats from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver have shown the number of new listings per month has increased, 15% above Oct 2022 and 5% above the 10-year average.
Number is sales per month (1,996), was 3.7% higher than Oct 2022 but remained below historical levels for this time of year.
Both factors have contributed to a more balanced market. Increased supply and fewer sales have slowed the price growth seen earlier this year with benchmark prices staying fairly level this October.
